CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RES) Urging the                                                                            
United States Senate to ratify the United Nations Convention on the                                                             
Law of the Sea, was read the second time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                        
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                                            
Without objection, it was so ordered.
